If the courts allow AGs to use courts as a platform to grandstand, then they lose their moral authority to punish garden variety abuses.  Make the state AGs personally liable for court costs and attorneys&#039; fees, and that will send the appropriate message.  

State Supreme Courts should also consider pulling their tickets.]]></description>
