In San Francisco's Mission District some associations are making interference more than a hobby. One local restaurant applied for a beer and wine license and agreed to meet privately with a few neighborhood associations. It didn't go well.
Apparently they were "asked" to change their music, paint the walls some color besides white, and sign a Memorandum of Understanding without time for review.
