Toronto Blue Jays pitcher sues Houston Astros over sign scandal

  • Will be hard to demonstrate that the Astro game was the deciding factor. His ERA was above 6 for 2 years. I do think that a Civil suit is a good remedy if someone is able to show clear statistical correlation between performances against Houston and not against Houston, but I think that will be hard to prove since baseball has very many statistical anomalies.
