John Ward, Jr. sued the blogger and his employer, Cisco, over a post critical of Ward and attorney Eric Albritton.  [<a href="http://thepriorart.typepad.com/the_prior_art/2008/03/judge-wards-son.html">Prior Art blog</a> via <a href="http://abovethelaw.com/">ATL</a>]  I couldn&#8217;t find the complaint on-line, but I&#8217;ll track it down over the weekend.
