The new <a href="http://triallawyerearmarks.com/">Trial Lawyer Earmarks website</a> does a marvelous job documenting most of the bills out there, though one wishes it would provide direct links to THOMAS rather than forcing one to engage in separate searches. (Mislink and misspelling corrected.)</p>
