A federal judge has ordered a settlement fund to pay $6.54 each to nearly 165,000 people who lost money in a real estate venture promoted by disgraced PTL ministry founder Jim Bakker. Claimants “said they gave a $1000 each for four-day vacations at a resort that was never built.
