  • Oy vey. Next thing you know they’ll expand the open container law to apply to cans of cola. After all, somebody might put some rum in there.

  • How about making stupid recommendations not based on the evidence? What was he smoking when he said that?
    I remember when LAPD Chief Gates made some statement about hanging drug users, then when the Rodney King riot started he pulled the police back to the stations and let the public fend for itself.
