Some headlines just seem meant to keep tabloids in business, but in this case the report appears in the undeniably respectable Sydney Morning Herald.   • Accoring to the article, she/he is serving a 17 year sentence for murder, and had the sex change while in prison!! So a couple of questions Australians should be asking: 1) Why is an inmate allowed to get a sex change while in prison, and 2) Who paid for it?
