Conspiracy charges are all about the intention to commit a crime. Sounds like this one is going to be quite a stretch for the DA to make the actual intent to do harm stick when the list is longer than the one Osama caries with him, has fictional characters, unreachable celebrities and no plan hatched to possibly carrie any acts out. Sounds like a job for Nifong.
