That’s why it’s called jail, guys: it is a punishment that removes some of your normal rights. You can’t go out on the town at night and, guess what, you can’t go home and make a baby.
What about married prisoners whose wives will be to old to conceive a child when their husbands come home who are childless and wish to have a child with their husbands. I believe they should have the right to their husband sperm
