  • Sadly an all too common occurrence by public officials.

  • So the plaintiff’s attorney quips ‘truth is not always a defense.’
    That is about as close as one can get to admitting that the content of the web site is conceded to be true.

  • It seems to me that anyone so uninformed about the First Amendment is unqualified to be police chief, let alone an officer at all. Officers need to understand, for example, that a person is within his rights to, for example, photograph events on a public street, even if another person on that street does not wish to be photographed.
