From the report, Farnsworth was partially paid by credit card then did not receive her final payment at all. The partial payment was reversed negating her fees.
A simple search reveals that Needle has been in and out of jail and court since the 80’s– civil suits, domestic, federal felony, DUI, etc. He’s been sued by former lawyers, wives, citizens, and companies– this guy clearly lacks any ethical or moral compass.
The fact that he now wants to sue her is ridiculous. This defamation suit seems to be an attempt at legal harassment. The bad guy is mad because the good guys- finally- took a stand and made it greatly more difficult for the bad guy to continue being a bad guy.
We live in a Google world where Freedom of Speech reigns supreme. Too bad for you, Mr. Needle.
