Thank you. My first response to hearing about congress questioning the banks’ foreclosure process was the same. Why should they have to read the foreclosure documents when congress won’t read their own bills? If they happen to make an error, at least it only affects a small number of people, not the entire country.

The bottom line is did the bank lend the money? Answer: “Yes”
Did the mortgagor fail to pay? Answer: “Yes”
so what’s the problem?
