    Why do so many government actors get a free pass: EPA (the spill), IRS and now these guys.

      Because the Congressman they were trying to get the goods on (for distribution to the media, I assume) was a member of the Other Party.

  • Mike, you are correct. The information was passed on to the Washington Post. The agent who did that, as opposed to those who just browsed was forced to resign.
