  • One would think that in a country dedicated to free speech, our robed masters could tolerate this sort of criticism.

    Punishing a lawyer for criticizing a judge, even in harsh terms, makes the particular state Supreme Court and the bar authorities illegitimate.

  • Twitter has to be the worst medium ever for presentation and discussion of current events.
