Sloan professor of meteorology Richard] Lindzen and about 15 other global- warming skeptics into a lawsuit over auto- emissions standards. Well, there goes science.
I’d like to know whether any of you who are more adroit with the law than I can figure out if these guys or General Motors have actually done anything litigation-worthy other than questioning the status quo.
