  • Re: SALT lawsuit. I sense a double standard. If the courts allow AGs to use courts as a platform to grandstand, then they lose their moral authority to punish garden variety abuses. Make the state AGs personally liable for court costs and attorneys’ fees, and that will send the appropriate message.

    State Supreme Courts should also consider pulling their tickets.
