Will SCOTUS review a challenge to mandatory bar dues?

Like a number of other states, Wisconsin by law requires lawyers to join and pay dues to its state bar, which takes stands on controversial issues.   • Roberts will uphold these dues. Even though they are blatantly unconstitutional.
